The Lady Tigers played in the Atlanta softball tournament Saturday. Their first game of the day was with Novinger. The Tigers scored 4 in the 2nd, 4 in the 3rd and 2 in the 4th to take a 10-0 lead. Novinger rallied late, but fell short as Brashear won 10-6. Aubrey Borgmeyer homered and had 3 hits overall, Maddie Moots had 2 hits, and Cassidy Althide, Tayla Garlock, Paige Stutsman, Heidi Lay, and Lacey Fisher also had hits. Cassidy Althide pitched for Brashear, striking out 3.

In the second game, Brashear scored single runs in the 1st and 2nd to hold a 2-1 lead over La Plata. La Plata captured the lead with a pair of runs in the 3rd and went on to claim a 6-3 win. Aubrey Borgmeyer homered for Brashear and Paige Stutsman had 2 hits to lead the Brashear offense. Cassidy Althide got the start for Brashear.

The third game of the day way cancelled due to rain.
